After you have applied, you will receive an email with your student ID number and Lakehawk email address. Use your Lakehawk email and pin to log into .  This is your student portal and the gateway to your experience at SWAGÊÓƵ.

Access
After finishing the online application, you must submit your official unopened high school  with your graduation date posted or an original GED transcript to the Records Office address below. 
PERT, ACT, or SAT test scores should be sent to the Admissions and Records Office. Note: Test scores must be less than two years old.
Applicants who do not have test scores will need to take the PERT test. SWAGÊÓƵ’s Testing Center offers the PERT.
